WE DID IT!! It is so surreal that we are actually open! For those of you who don’t know, this has been a long, challenging road and after today I can say a long road worth while. A dream in the making for the past 15 or so years, I have so many thank you’s to those who have made my dream come true.
First and foremost, my amazing mother, business partner, and most importantly, best friend, Sheryl Biron. My mom has taken on more than anyone could fathom. She is the strongest, most kind, generous, loving, supportive, and loyal woman I have ever met. Without her I do not know where I would be. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I love you.
Next, Clint Mitschele with Mitschele Excavating and Building. I do not even know how to put into words the gratefulness and genuine respect I have for Clint. He is meticulous and exquisite with his work. The renovations and “behind the scenes” work that was put in on his end could not be listed out. Nothing can be said or done to express “Thank you” enough. Please know every detail is noticed and I will forever be grateful for what you have done.
To my brother, my other best friend, Michael and his wife, Stephanie (my sister way before they got married), thank you. Your endless support, listening ears, and all of your help has gotten me through these past few months. I do not know how you do all you do, but I cannot thank you enough for always being there for me at the drop of a hat. I love you both very much (and my little man Michael David) and thank you for everything.
Last, but certainly not least, my staff. I have managed MANY people and I can honestly say I am SO fortunate to have the amazing, dedicated, and hard working staff that I have. It has not been a long time, yet, but I can see how lucky I am to have you all and I have never had such a great group. Specific thanks to Ben and Jessie for your hard work and dedication in the days prior to opening. Always know, even on our challenging days, I am so thankful to have you all.
There are a million others I am thankful for and I could write a book about all of the supportive and helpful people that have been here through this journey but I will keep it as short as possible. THANK YOU, everyone, that has been here for my Mom and I during this process. We are forever grateful.
